1. Current status
These terms cover the Waywoven Travel public website and protected travel app. After signing up, users can plan manually with Free; the free plan does not include AI. Additional Family features depend on the access and plan shown in the account.

3. Accounts, adulthood, and eligibility
A Waywoven account may be created and used only by an adult with legal capacity. Account holders are responsible for accurate information, protecting their sign-in methods, and having lawful authority to enter information about fellow travellers.
Workspace owners manage invitations and roles. Planners need their own accounts; read-only guests remain limited to expressly shared, route-safe information. A last owner must transfer ownership before deleting their account or a shared workspace.
4. Planning information and no professional advice
Content is general information and planning guidance. Visa and entry rules, safety, weather, prices, and availability can change at any time. This content does not replace checking with authorities, embassies, carriers, insurers, or qualified professionals.
5. AI drafts, speech input, and user control
The AI journey planner and speech-to-text are optional input and drafting features; manual planning remains available. AI replies are editable proposals and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not confirmed bookings or reliable statements about schedules, prices, availability, visas, entry, or safety. Users must review every proposal before applying it and verify important details against current primary sources.
The AI does not make bookings or payments, send messages, or take any other external action autonomously. Journey changes are shown only as proposals and are applied only after an express user decision. A speech-input transcript remains editable before submission.
For an existing journey, the AI thread is bound to the visibly selected target journey. The proposal shows the intended changes before they are applied; at this stage the AI may add or update entries but cannot delete them. If the journey was manually changed after the proposal was prepared, applying it is rejected instead of silently overwriting newer work. A new journey is created only in the expressly selected mode.
Passport or identity details, full payment details, health information, exact private addresses or live location, booking references, and unnecessary information about children must not be included in AI requests or speech input.
AI use is subject to a monthly plan-based allowance and additional abuse and operational limits. Usage units or ‘credits’ are technical consumption units only, not money or stored value; they cannot be transferred or redeemed and expire or reset at the stated monthly boundary. The allowance is not a promise of unlimited requests or any particular result. If it is exhausted or AI is temporarily disabled, manual planning remains available.
6. Affiliate links and external bookings
Clearly labelled outgoing travel links may be affiliate links. If a booking results from such a link, Binoron, LLC may receive a commission. This should not increase the direct price. Commission must not be the sole basis for editorial ranking or a claim that an offer is suitable.
Booking, payment, cancellation, and fulfilment take place with the linked third party under its terms and privacy rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Waywoven is neither the travel organiser nor the contracting party for the external booking and does not guarantee the provider's availability, price, or performance.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, illustration, and marks on this website may be used only as permitted by applicable law or express permission. Rights granted by law remain unaffected.
8. Free, Family, trial, and billing
Free includes one private workspace with one non-archived journey plan, up to three countries, 30 entries, and one planner. Waywoven Family costs USD 9.99 monthly or USD 69 yearly and includes two adult planners plus unlimited sequential journey plans, countries, and entries. A workspace may have only one active journey at a time; fully dated, non-archived journey plans may not overlap. Countries, stops, and legs within one large journey belong in that journey plan and are not parallel primary journeys. Read-only guests remain free. There is no lower Founding Family price.
If the no-card Family trial is expressly offered in the app, it may be started once for 14 days. It may be disabled independently from paid billing, ends automatically, and never becomes a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only through a separately available and confirmed Stripe checkout.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is available through the Stripe customer portal when the portal action is available in the app. Cancellation can also be declared by emailing hello@waywoventravel.com regardless of portal availability; Waywoven will confirm when it takes effect.
9. User content and family information
Users retain their rights in journey, note, and booking content they enter. They grant Binoron, LLC only the non-exclusive permission technically needed to operate, secure, display to authorised workspace members, export, and delete that content.
Anyone entering information about fellow travellers or children must have parental responsibility or other lawful authority to do so. Passport numbers, identity copies, full payment details, health information, and live location must not be entered into Waywoven unless a later feature expressly requests them with separate safeguards.
10. Acceptable use
Waywoven must not be used unlawfully, deceptively, or abusively. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorised access to another workspace, bypassing roles or limits, automated overload, malware, scraping protected areas, infringing third-party rights, or using the service to monitor or endanger people.
Account holders must protect their sign-in methods and report suspicious access to hello@waywoventravel.com. Binoron may temporarily restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
Waywoven is operated with reasonable care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be temporarily suspended for security, maintenance, vendor, or product reasons. Material adverse changes to a paid service will be notified with reasonable advance notice where possible and legally required.
Users may cancel a subscription and request account or workspace deletion through the provided routes. Binoron may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach; where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided first. Retention, export, recovery, and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and mandatory law.
12. Liability and mandatory rights
Waywoven is a planning tool, not a guarantee of safe, lawful, available, or successful travel. Decisions about entry, visas, health, safety, insurance, education, tax, bookings, and payment must be checked against current primary sources and, where needed, qualified advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Binoron, LLC is not liable for indirect loss or failure caused solely by external providers, outdated travel information, or use contrary to these notices. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
13. Governing law, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Mandatory consumer protection rules and mandatory courts at a consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
